Community Service Projects
The JROTC Cadets are required to have ten hours of community service each semester. Through the JROTC program, the cadets work for the community in return for their grade. Here are a few of the community service projects they have done to acquire their hours:
The JROTC works with UK Billy Madison to supply ice for the Commonwealth Stadium during the football season. Cadets supply ice at each concession stand and sky box room.

Friday One-Hour School Projects
Every Friday, Cadet 1st Lieutenant Mary Mays manages an one hour community service at Henry Clay High School with Sergeant Hunt to give cadets the opportunity to collect their service hours while helping their school. Cadets cleaning the stadium and trophy cases in the foyer at Henry Clay (pictured below).
